By The Sea Organics was founded in 2007 by Kathryn Letson as a luxury, zero-waste brand, born out of her passion for sustainability and mindful living. Designed in Hawaii and produced through global fair trade partnerships, our products are crafted in small batches using traditional techniques passed down by family artisans.

After 23 years in the fashion industry, Kathryn sought a new direction—one rooted in intention and simplicity. Inspired by a mindful lifestyle, By The Sea Organics creates zero-waste accessories made from carefully sourced factory remnants, ensuring every piece is as thoughtful as it is beautiful. We believe that building a brand with love creates something truly magical.
